Another project completed. This dual tenancy speculative development spans 25,624mē of warehouse space, and incorporates an office area of 800mē and 5,515mē of super awning.
The project marks our first collaboration with The GPT Group, who have already secured Godfrey Hirst as a tenant within one part of the building. We look forward to watching GPT’s presence in Truganina continue to grow.
