Texco is thrilled to announce we have completed our first project with one of Australia’s largest diversified property groups, The GPT Group.

The dual tenancy development has kicked off a significant pipeline for GPT in Truganina’s booming industrial corridor and spans 25,624m² of warehouse space. An office area of 800m² has also been incorporated, as has 5,515m² of super awning.

We thoroughly enjoyed working alongside The GPT Group on this project and we look forward to watching their presence in Truganina continue to grow.
