Partnering with Charter Hall and working again with project managers TM Insight, Texco has proudly been tasked with designing and constructing a new facility for Japanese apparel giants Uniqlo. The purpose-built facility is intended to consolidate all of Uniqlo’s operations under the one roof, and will feature a super awning, a container rated hardstand and a 14.6m warehouse clearance height.

This project, for which we commenced site works in March, will sit within Charter Hall’s $500 million Midwest Logistics Hub in Truganina. Over 65% of this 60 hectare estate is now committed, with Uniqlo joining such other high profile tenants as Toll Group. Each facility within this estate is targeting a 4-star Green Star Design and As-Built rating, which is in line with Texco’s own commitments to sustainable construction practices.

Construction is expected to be completed in early 2021. For more information about this development, head to our project page.
