Bespoke designed manufacturing and distribution centre for Solaris Paper and CRRC

One year on, we look back on our delivery of the bespoke designed 8,400sqm manufacturing and distribution centre for Solaris Paper in Maid Stone Business Park. Sitting adjacently to the centre, we delivered a speculative 3,970sqm warehouse, leased to CRRC prior to completion, with the space being used to support the Victorian Governments $2.3b High Capacity Metro Trains Project.
