70,033sqm OCS Shipping Container reaches 12 months since completion

Our impressive shipping container terminal in Brooklyn for Oceania Container Services, a subsidiary of COSCO Shipping, the third largest shipping line in the world has just reached twelve months since completion. The irregular shaped site with a total area of 70,033sqm required a significant amount of site preparation, and a high level of innovation relating to drainage and landfill gas treatment.

This project represents a superior architectural, commercial and strategic design response to the sites opportunities and constraints and enforces the emerging narrative of the Brooklyn Industrial Precinct, immediate locale and surrounding area.
