Located within Truganinas rapidly developing precinct, our dual industrial warehouse facilities for Goodman in West Industry Park are progressing well, with the bulk earthworks and site profiling already completed. The warehouse structural steel and precast panels installation has commenced, whilst in-ground services including stormwater, fire and electrical works are well underway. The 13,169sqm facility will feature high clearance flexible internal spaces, a heavy duty hardstand and a modern 514sqm architecturally designed office space.
