    Prepare Design & Construct Proposal

    • Provide our client a Design & Construct proposal that includes:
      • Fixed lump sum price
      • Project Programme
      • Detailed specification of allowances and exclusions

    Design & Permits

    • Engagement of the Texco Construction delivery and consultant team to undertake the project design and permitting including:
      • Town Planning application with the relevant local council to achieve the relevant Town Planning Permit
      • Detailed Design which combines all consultant disciplines from the architect, structural & civil engineers through to service consultants
      • Obtain the required Building Permits to ensure compliance with the relevant codes and standards

    • Site works are carried out by Texco Construction in conjunction with our loyal and highly experienced group of subcontractors
    • Texco Construction provide appropriately qualified Supervision, Amenity, Security and Occupational Health & Safety Management for the duration of the project

    • Handover of the facility in immaculate condition ready for our client's occupation and operation
    • Provision of an As-Built Manual to our client which includes copies of all as-built drawings, building certification, service manuals and contacts lists
    • Management of the defect liability period to ensure the facility allows the operation intent of the client
